PZU Polyclinic Manolevi was established in 1993 by Dr. Nikola Manolev and Dr. Pavlina Manoleva, registered as ZO Manolevi – Clinic for General Medicine and Pediatrics. The organization's core focus during its first decade was pediatric care, general medicine (primary care), and home visits. Represented by its founders, Dr. Nikola Manolev and Dr. Pavlina Manoleva, it became synonymous with high expertise in diagnostics and treatment for children and geriatrics.

The family dedication to high expertise and trust in medical doctrine, with the sole goal of bringing global medical knowledge and professionalism within the framework of Manolevi, remains the primary imperative of Polyclinic Manolevi. This is now represented by its successors, Dr. Aleksandar Manolev and Dr. Elena Manoleva-Nikolovska.
